This policy explains how JLYR Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”), the company behind the LYRON brand and a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, handles personal information when you visit lyrond11.com or contact LYRON support.
Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message, plus any details you choose to share, such as an Amazon order number.
Technical information. This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them. We do not use this data to identify you.
The LYRON D11 is sold on Amazon. Buttons on this site take you to Amazon, and some of these links include Amazon tracking parameters that tell Amazon you came from our website. When you buy on Amazon, your order, payment and delivery information is collected and processed by Amazon under its own privacy notice. We only receive the order details Amazon makes available to sellers, which we use solely to fulfill your order and provide support.
